Not used to seeing dried cilantro for sale? That is because most herbs are dehydrated, and cilantro does not hold its flavor when processed that way. When freeze dried correctly cilantro holds its color, taste, and aroma and is by far the most flavorful and intense dried cilantro available on the market. As with all of our produce, we source our cilantro from Humboldt County farms whenever possible.

Unlike fresh cilantro, our freeze dried version is easy to store year-round tore and can be used at any time. Simply add it to your favorite dishes for an instant flavor boost.

.3 ounces of cilantro comes in a high quality, reusable 6 ounce glass jar with an air tight bamboo lid. As with all of our spice line keeping the product dry is key to your spices remaining high quality and flavorful. Please ensure that the silica desiccant pack provided remains in the jar. While we have made great efforts to remove as much stem as possible from our herbs, you will notice stem in our jars. This is standard with all purchased herbs. The difference is our herbs have not been mechanically chopped to ensure quality flavor, so our stems are actually visible. There is no impact to the quality of the product.
