Our Freeze Dried Tomato Powder is made from heirloom tomatoes that are sourced from Humboldt County farmers. Once harvested, we seed and roast our tomatoes before freeze drying to increase the depth and complexity of flavor.

This roasted heirloom tomato powder is very versatile. With this powder you can create homemade heirloom tomato paste and powder with just the addition of water. Simply mix the powder with water until the resulting paste/sauce is your desired consistency. It is also used a an extremely flavorful thickener in soups, pasta and stews, and, of course, use it to add a splash of flavor to anything you desire; from salad dressings to cooked dishes.

Three ounces of powder comes in a 6 ounce high quality, reusable glass jar with a bamboo lid. Our seasonings have no preservatives, making it critical that they stay dry. Please keep the silica packet in the jar, keep it closed when not in use, and keep away from steaming pots and wet utensils.
